Valor Real Estate Partners has acquired a 160,000 sq ft logistics asset in Thurrock, East London.
The asset, which is located close to the M25 and A13 motorways, is currently let to Wincanton, Britain’s largest logistics firm.

The submarket of Thurrock has historically enjoyed high rental growth, and this is projected to continue due to decreasing supply of quality logistics assets, as well as increasing demand, particularly from occupiers being squeezed out of submarkets within the M25.”
