Targeting Increased Development Exposure Following Launch of €1bn JV With Quadreal.

Valor Real Estate Partners, the pan-European logistics platform, has appointed Victor Massias to the newly created role of Head of Developments, as it looks to further build out its development capabilities in the UK and Continental Europe.

Massias, who joined Valor in 2016 and is based in Paris, has also been promoted to Partner, adding to Valor's senior leadership team alongside Managing Partner Christian Jamison and Cane Kapolitano, Head of Investments.
