Valor Real Estate Partners has completed five separate warehousing deals across Greater London, investing more than £50m. The deals are: a 105,000 sq ft facility in Weybridge; a 17,000 sq ft multi-let estate and 18,000 sq ft single-let low-site-cover warehouse in Canning Town; a 40,000 sq ft single distribution unit in Sunbury; and a 10,000 sq ft single-let property in Park Royal. The Weybridge property sits on a 5.24-acre site and is vacant. Valor intends to refurbish the asset, which will target e-commerce occupiers.
