Valor makes four senior promotions across Investment, Financing and Asset Management teams to support ambitious growth strategy

Valor Real Estate Partners (“Valor”), Europe’s fastest growing last-mile real estate specialist, announces that it has made four promotions, including that of Jeremy Achkar to Senior Vice President, as it looks to double its AUM to €6bn in the next three years. The promotions span Valor’s Investment, Financing and Asset Management functions:

  • Jeremy Achkar has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Investment. Having joined Valor in October 2018 from Lazard’s New York based Real Estate M&A Group, Jeremy leads all investment activity in the United Kingdom & Ireland. Since joining Valor, he has overseen the deployment of more than €1.5bn across circa 50 transactions in the UK, primarily in London, ranging from core properties to ground-up developments.
  • Timour Wielemans has been promoted to Vice President, also Investment. Timour joined Valor in July 2019 as an Intern, rotating between France, Germany, and the UK, before joining the Expansion Markets team, which is responsible for growing Valor’s footprint in the Netherlands and Italy. Since joining Valor, Timour has supported on 37 transactions, with a total GDV of c. €1.5bn, across the risk spectrum.
  • Miles Muthu has been promoted to Vice President, Finance & Operations. Miles joined Valor in May 2021, since when he since closed more than €600 million of loans across the UK, France, and Germany, across nine transactions. Miles works with both existing partners whilst also having responsibly for expanding Valor’s lending partner network, and has a particular focus on driving Valor’s ESG / green financing strategy.
  • Adrien Gornard has been promoted to Associate, Asset Management. Having joined Valor in April 2021, Adrien has supported on 15 leasing transactions totalling c. 350,000 sq ft, across the French and UK markets, which have generated an incremental c. €3 million in NOI every year.
