Cane Napolitano is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Valor Real Estate Partners LLP (“Valor”) and serves on its Investment Committee.

Mr. Napolitano is responsible for leading the growth of Valor’s platform across Europe and oversees the firm’s capital deployment, investment strategy and research department.

Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Napolitano was at IDI Gazeley Brookfield Logistics Properties where he was responsible for originating a UK acquisitions program with a specific focus on infill opportunities within the M 25 and South East markets. 

Prior to IDI Gazeley, Mr. Napolitano was a member of the KTR Capital Investments team where his primary responsibilities included the underwriting and analysis of development, portfolio, and one-off Investment transactions across the South Florida and Atlanta markets. 

Mr. Napolitano graduated from Lafayette College where he earned a B.Sc. in Neuroscience.
